Tudo surgiu na década de 1990 quando Mary Ann estava se recuperando de uma doença e começou a preparar chocolates em sua pequena cozinha no condado de Kildare e oferecê-los a amigos e parentes. Mary Ann foi se especializando fazendo cursos na Europa e África do Sul e os seus chocolates começaram a fazer muito sucesso,  ela teve a ideia de fazer tudo em maior escala. O nome escolhido para a empresa que acabava de criar foi o da sua primeira filha, Lily.

It all came about in the 1990s when Mary Ann was recovering from an illness and started making chocolates in her little kitchen in county Kildare and was offering them to friends and relatives. Mary Ann was specializing by taking courses in Europe and South Africa and her chocolates began to be very successful, so she had the idea to do everything on a larger scale. The name chosen for the company she had just created was that of her first daughter, Lily.

Passion Fruits Posset - milk chocolate chip and inside white chocolate truffle with passion fruit and passion fruit crisp top.
Banofee Pie - A delicious blend of milk chocolate, caramelized banana, caramel and white chocolate.
Crème Brulee - Vanilla cream truffle filling in a layer of creamy caramel, topped with caramelized granulated sugar.
Raspberry Infusion - white chocolate truffle and raspberries in a layer of raspberry jam.
Key Lime Pie - Lemon cream mixture with milk and dark chocolate.

Todos são deliciosos e cada um tem alguma característica especial. Ou é mais doce, mais crocante, mais cremoso, etc.

All are delicious and each has some special feature - sweeter, crispier, creamier, etc.

Agora na época de fim-de-ano há as edições festivas de Natal que inclusive vem em caixinhas lindas para decorar a casa e até a árvore de Natal. Uma dessas edições especiais é a Festive Spiced Latte que vem em uma caixa em formato de casa, dentro vem bombons recheados com creme de grãos de café arábica, canela e especiarias com chocolate ao leite. O equilíbrio das especiarias é perfeito.

Now in the Holidays Season there are festive Christmas editions that even come in beautiful little boxes to decorate the house and even the Christmas tree. One of these special editions is the Festive Spiced Latte that comes in a house-shaped box, inside comes chcolates stuffed with arabic bean cream, cinnamon and spices with milk chocolate. The balance of spices is perfect.

Another option for Christmas is the Festive Crème Brulèe - here the chocolates are stuffed with a Tahitian vanilla cream, creamy caramel, cinnamon and a mixture of half bitter chocolate and milk. It's so good I think I could eat it my whole life ....
