Com os dias de intensa  luminosidade que a gente tem na primavera e no verão na Irlanda é impossível não querer aproveitar espaços verdes.

With the longer daylight periods we have in the Spring and Summer in Ireland, it is impossible not to be willing to take advantage of green areas.

Há alguns dias  passeamos pelos principais parques de Cork. Clique aqui.
Em Dublin há o St. Stephen's Green Park, que fica em pleno centro e que é lindo mas bastante cheio. 
Não muito longe do St. Stephen's, fica o Iveagh Gardens, que é bonito também e muito mais tranquilo.

In Dublin there is the St. Stephen's Green Park, which is located in the city centre area, it is beautiful but very crowded.  
Not very far from St. Stephen's is the Iveagh Gardens, which is also lovely and a lot more peaceful.

Mas normalmente no Iveagh Gardens você vai encontrar um ambiente muito quieto e com poucas pessoas.
Um lugar ideal para relaxar, meditar, ler um bom livro, fazer caminhadas, levar o seu mascote, etc.
Lá é tudo tão tranquilo que dá até para ouvir os passarinhos. 

But usually at Iveagh Gardens you will find a much quieter environment, and with much fewer people around.
It is an ideal place to relax, meditate, read a good book, walking, take your pet, etc.
It is so peaceful you can even hear the birds. 

O parque abre o ano todo (inclusive nos feriados) mas fique atento aos horários de fechamento. Em dezembro e janeiro fecha às 15:30. Em fevereiro e novembro às 16:00. E de março a outubro às 18:00.
Outro lindo parque em Dublin é o Phoenix Park, um dos maiores da Europa, para conhecê-lo clique aqui e aqui. 

The park opens all year long (including bank holidays), but keep an eye on the closure times. In December and January it closes at 3:30PM. In February and November it closes at 4 PM. And from March to October it closes at 6 PM.
