Mas para ter uma Páscoa com sabor autenticamente irlandês você tem que experimentar os chocolates Butlers. Empresa totalmente local e que faz há mais de 80 anos um produto saboroso e de qualidade.

But in order to have  an Easter with an authentic Irish flavor, you have to try the Butlers Chocolates. It's a totally local company, and it has been making a delicious and high quality product for longer than 80 years. 

Tudo começou em 1932 com uma senhora chamada Marion Butler que adorava oferecer pequenos momentos de felicidade com os seus chocolates caseiros. Em 1959 a pequena empresa foi comprada por Seamus Sorensen e continuou sendo uma pequena fábrica até que na década de 70 tudo começou a mudar e em 1984 nasce a The Butlers Irish Chocolate. O nome é colocado em memória da criadora da fábrica.

Everything started in 1932 with a woman called Marion Butler who loved to offer small moments of happiness with her home made chocolates. In 1959 the small company was purchased by Seamus Sorensen and continued being a small factory up to the 70s when everything started to change, and in 1984 it was born The Butlers Irish Chocolate. The name was placed in honor of the factory creator.

A mesma família Sorensen vem adminstrando desde então a marca, sempre com muito sucesso.
A fábrica teve que ir mudando de endereço pois espaços maiores eram necessários e hoje é possível fazer uma visita na fábrica atual em Dublin, chamada Butlers Chocolate Experience e que o Welcome to Ireland pretende fazer em breve e te contar aqui como é! The same family Sorensen has been managing the brand since then, always with a great success.
The factory had to keep changing address, because bigger floor spaces were necessary, and today it is possible to make a visit on the current factory in Dublin, it is called Butlers Chocolate Experience, and Welcome to Ireland intends to got here soon and tell you everything about it! Além dos chocolates a Butlers tem diversas cafeterias espalhadas pela Irlanda e em alguns outros países como Nova Zelândia, Austrália e Emirados Árabes. 
Esta que você vê nas fotos é a Butlers Café de Cork que fica na rua Oliver Plunkett, a primeira a ser aberta fora de Dublin em 2005.

Besides chocolates, Butlers has several coffee shops spread in Ireland and in some countries like New Zealand, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
This one you can see in the pictures is Cork City's Butlers Café at Oliver Plunkett Street, the first to be opened outside of Dublin in 2005.

Há várias opções de chocolates quentes, o da foto é um chococcino e pode escolher algum chocolate para acompanhar. 
Se você gosta de um bom chocolate não vai se decepcionar com este que é doce na medida certa.
Há várias opções de bolos, cookies, etc. A torta que você vê na foto é de maçã. E, claro, há também diversos tipo de cafés como cappuccino, expresso e latte.

There are many options of hot chocolate, the one on the picture is a chococcino, and you can choose some chocolate to follow. If you like a good chocolate you will not be disappointed with this one, which is sweet (but not too sweet).
There are many options of cakes, cookies, etc. The pie you see in the picture is an apple pie. And, of course, there are also several types of coffee like capuccino, expreso and latte.
