Um Outono Agradável - A Pleasant Autumn

No mês passado tivemos um tempo que foi bastante agradável. Temperaturas que não ficaram muito baixas, variando em média, entre 7 e 13 graus. As chuvas foram moderadas até a última semana de outubro que foi bastante chuvosa com alguns pontos de inundação. No último domingo do mês saímos do horário de verão europeu e os relógios foram atrasados em uma hora. Então agora  anoitece mais cedo. Por volta das 17:00 já é de noite. Novembro e dezembro são meses em que a luminosidade aqui na Irlanda é bastante baixa e é difícil se acostumar com dias tão curtos

Last month we had a very pleasant weather. Temperatures were not very low, ranging in average from 7C to 13C. Rain was moderate until the last week of October, when it rained a lot with a few flooding spots. On the last Sunday of the month we left the European daylight savings, and the clocks moved back in an hour. So now it gets darker sooner, around 5PM it is evening already. November and December are months where the daylight here in Ireland is very low and it is difficult to get used with very short days.

E outubro foi bastante agitado! Começamos a mês com o Cork Folk Festival.

October was very busy!  We started the month with the Cork Folk Festival.

E alguns dias depois tivemos o maior evento musical da cidade o Guinness Cork Jazz Festival.

And a few days later we had the largest musical event of the city, the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival.

E claro no fim do mês não faltaram as comemorações de Halloween. O tradicional Dragon of Shandon, desfile no dia 31 de outubro, completou seus 10 anos.

And of course by the end of the month we certainly had Halloween celebrations. The traditional Dragon of Shandon, parade on October 31st, had its 10th anniversary.

E no Welcome to Ireland rolou muita coisa bacana também!
And a lot of cools things also took place at Welcome to Ireland.
