The Highest Waterfall in Ireland

 E como prometido na nossa página do FB (para seguir e só clicar aqui), vamos falar de alguns passeios bacanas para fazer em dias de sol na Irlanda. E no post de hoje vamos para as montanhas do condado de Wicklow.

As promised in our FB page (to follow us there just click here), we will write about some great strolls to make on sunny days in Ireland. And on today's post let's go to the mountains on Wicklow county. 

Você vai poder fazer um churrasco ou picnic ao lado da maior cachoeira da Irlanda. Trata-se da Powerscourt Waterfall e tem 121 metros de altura. E quando digo ao lado, é  perto mesmo. A entrada ao parque custa 6 euros por pessoa e vai passar um dia encantador principalmente se o dia estiver ensolarado.
Um lugar ideal para ir com os amigos e a família.

You will be able to make a barbecue or a picnic next to the tallest waterfall in Ireland. It's the Powerscourt Waterfall and it is 121 metres high. And when I say next to it I really mean it. The entrance to the park costs 6 Euro per person and you can spend a charming day specially if the day is sunny.

It is an ideal place to go with friends and family. 

Há varias mesas de picnic, mas se quiser garantir alguma delas é bom chegar cedo. Se não quiser levar a sua própria comida há um quiosque que vende algumas bebidas e lanches nos fins-de-semana. 
Também há banheiros no local.

There are many picnic tables, but if you want to get one for you, you better arrive early. If you don't want to take your own food there is a kiosk selling drinks and food on the weekends.

There are also toilets in the place.

Os cachorros são bem-vindos, então  coloque o seu amigo canino no carro para curtir o parque também. Este cachorro usava os galhos das arvores de balanço.

Dogs are welcome, so put your canine friend in the car to also enjoy the park. This dog used the tree branches as a swing.

Se quiser fazer caminhadas há algumas opções de trilhas para aproveitar ainda mais a natureza. E para os corajosos que quiserem se refrescar, um pequeno riacho de águas cristalinas e frias.

If you want to take walks there are a few options of trails to enjoy the nature even more. And for the brave who want to get refreshed, a small river of crystalline and cold water.
