(ENG) In the entrance hall you already have the access to the souvenir shop.

Mas logo você vai se sentir numa região totalmente rural. É uma imperdível viagem no tempo.

But soon you will feel in a totally rural region. It is a time travel you can't miss.

Nas primeiras atrações você vai ter acesso a típicas casas do interior do pais.

On the first attractions you will have access to the typical houses on the countryside of Ireland.

Loop Head House

Esta é a casa de pescadores e agricultores do oeste de Clare. O telhado era muito bem amarrado para poder suportar os fortes ventos do Atlântico.  No interior tudo é mostrado em detalhes. Móveis, objetos de decoração, etc.  Funcionários do parque se encarregam de manter a lareira sempre acesa para dar uma ideia real de como era um lar daquele tipo.

This is the house of fishermen and agriculturists on the west of Clare. The roof was very well tied up to be able to hold the strong Atlantic winds. In the inside everything is shown in details. Furniture, decoration objects, etc. Employees of the park take turns in keep the fireplace alway burning, to give a real feel of how a home of that kind was.

Casa do Ferreiro / Blacksmith House

O ferreiro fazia as ferramentas usadas por artesãos, comerciantes e até agricultores e por isso muito respeitado por toda a comunidade. 

The blacksmith made the tools used by artisans, traders and even agriculturists, and because of it very respected by all society.

Casa do Pescador / Fisherman House

Esta é uma modesta casa de um pescador. No teto eram colocados as redes e cestos para pescaria. 

This is the modest house of a fisherman. In the roof were placed the fishing nets and baskets.

Granja Shannon / Shannon Poultry Farm

Esta foi uma das primeiras casas reconstruídas no Folk Park que ficava originalmente onde hoje é a pista de aterrizagem do aeroporto de Shannon. E você vai se sentir realmente numa granja pois há galinhas ciscando por toda a área.

This was one of the first rebuilt houses at the Folk Park, which was originally where today is located the landing strip of Shannon Airport. And you will really feel in a poultry farm because there are chickens around. 

Bothan Scór

Este é uma humilde casa de apenas um cômodo de um lavrador. Muitas destas casas se perderam durante a Grande Fome.

This is a humble house of only one room from an agriculturist. Many of these houses were lost during the Great Famine.

The Golden Vale House

Este é um lar de uma próspera família de agricultores de Limerick. Veja a diferença com as outras casas, o mobiliário, a decoração...
