Taste of Dublin

No post de hoje vamos para a capital conferir um evento chamado Taste of Dublin que foi realizado no bonito Iveagh Gardens.

On today's post, we are going to the country's capital to check an event called Taste of Dublin, which took place the beautiful Iveagh Gardens.

Neste parque são montadas tendas e barraquinhas com todo tipo de comidas, lançamentos culinários, novos aparelhos para serem usados na cozinha, bebidas, vinhos, cervejas, etc. Há muitas demostrações, aulas sobre como preparar alimentos, chefs famosos que ensinam a fazer pratos elaborados.....
A gente, por exemplo, se divertiu muito decorando cupcakes!!

In this park they put up tents with all kinds of food, culinary releases, new gadgets to be used in the kitchen, drinks, wines, beers, etc. There are several demonstrations, classes on how to prepare different types of food, famous chefs teach how to make elaborate dishes...
We, for instance, had loads of fun decorating cupcakes!!!

Para entrar você tem que pagar uma entrada que gira em torno de 22 euros.
Há muitas degustações também, provamos pães, bolos, frango, yogurtes, azeitonas, cordeiro e alguns tipos de cerveja e whiskies.
To take part of this event you have to pay a fee, which is around 22 Euros.
There are loads of tastings as well, we tasted types of bread, cakes chicken, yogurts, olives, lamb, and some types of beer and whiskey.

Há também opções de diversos tipos de pratos que são pagos a parte. Você tem que trocar euros pela "moeda" do evento chamada florins.
Tudo isso é regado a muita música e excelentes shows ao vivo. A gente curtiu uma banda que tocava hits dos anos 80.
O legal é que tudo é muito bem organizado. Dificilmente você fazia longas filas. A limpeza do local era impecável. Foi literalmente uma deliciosa tarde no parque.

There are also options of several types of dishes where you pay an additional. You have to exchange Euros for the event "currency", called Florins.
All of this is complemented with great music and excellent live shows. We had loads of fun with a band that played hits from the 80s.
And it was very nice to see that this was all very well organized. It was very difficult to face long queues (lines). The cleanliness in the place was spotless. It was literally a delicious afternoon in the park.
